Prepare according to our recipe for the popular Bubble Tea:
- Bring the water in the pot to a boil. Add the tapioca balls to the boiling water in a ratio of 10:1, mix and wait until the tapioca floats to the surface. Close the lid and cook on a low heat for about 3 minutes. Turn off and leave in the water for another 3 minutes, or extend the time according to the desired degree of softness of the balls .Take the balls out of the pot and let them rest for about 20 seconds. rest in cold water, transfer to a dry bowl and add sugar or honey.
