• Mochi are Japanese rice cakes made from glutinous rice paste.
• This is a traditional dish during Japanese New Year celebrations.
• However, they are served year-round. They have many forms and fillings.

Ingredients:

• Maltose 24%, glutinous rice 24%, taro paste 23% (taro (47%).
• Canavalia, sugar, maltose , palm oil), sugar, purple rice 5%.
• Thickener: hydroxypropyl ether of cross-linked starch phosphate.
• Palm oil 5%, aroma, natural coloring: betanin, preservative: sorbic acid.
• May contain traces of peanuts, gluten, soy and nuts.
