- Mochi are Japanese rice cakes made from glutinous rice paste.
- This is a traditional dish during Japanese New Year celebrations.
- However, they are served year-round. They have many forms and fillings.
Ingredients:
- Maltose 24%, glutinous rice 24%, taro paste 23% (taro (47%).
- Canavalia, sugar, maltose , palm oil), sugar, purple rice 5%.
- Thickener: hydroxypropyl ether of cross-linked starch phosphate.
- Palm oil 5%, aroma, natural coloring: betanin, preservative: sorbic acid.
- May contain traces of peanuts, gluten, soy and nuts.
