Manner waffles consist of five layers of delicate waffles filled with four layers of the finest creamy hazelnut filling. The size of the wafers is measured so that they just fit in the mouth. Double aluminum foil with a red tear-off strip was introduced in the 1960s and keeps the classic product fresh and crispy even today.

Manner Original Neapolitaner wafers were invented in 1898 by the founder of the company, Josef Manner I. The size and basic recipe have remained unchanged to this day. Currently, up to 4,000 Manner wafers are sold daily in the Manner store on St. Stephen's Square in Vienna alone. About 2 packs of Manner wafers are eaten every second!
Manner Original Neapolitaner wafers are produced according to the principles of Manner product quality assurance and sustainable cocoa cultivation.
