A real bitter treat from Manner

Manner 70% chocolate is real dark chocolate according to the original recipe of Josef Manner I from 1895. Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, vanilla and nothing else. Thanks to the extra high 70% proportion of cocoa and real vanilla, this Manner specialty offers an extraordinary taste experience. The incomparably soft, melting mass is created by careful "conching". At a blind tasting at the "Chocolate Lovers Club", Manner chocolate took second place among 16 real chocolates.

When conching the chocolate, all ingredients are lightly mixed for 24 hours at a temperature of up to 80 °C. This achieves delicate, melting properties and a unique taste. After all, the Manner company is one of the few companies that still processes chocolate directly from cocoa beans, i.e. they roast their own cocoa!

Chocolate 70% is produced according to the principles of guaranteeing the quality of Manner products and sustainable cocoa cultivation.
