At the beginning of the nineteenth century, master roasters from Trieste invented something extraordinary - a coffee mixture. The story of coffee is so fascinating that it caught the attention of Dionis Bazzara, who in 1966 decided to take over the roaster "La Brasiliana-Industria Triestina del Caffè".
