Plantation single-species Arabica
Colombia is one of the world's largest producers of coffee, especially fine selection of Arabica.
Compared to other states, it has a mountainous terrain, thanks to which it offers a rich microclimate for growing coffee trees.
In addition, local farmers do not have to worry about frost that could threaten the harvest.
It is grown in a mountain range called the Cordillera, at high altitudes in volcanic soil.
- Colombia Rio Magdalena is a smooth and balanced coffee with a medium to full body.
The taste is typical with its mild acidity.
Flavor Profile:
- It is well balanced with a chocolate undertone of candied fruit, dried dates, raisins and cocoa.
Made in the EU.
I fell in love with Colombia during my sightseeing trips.
I even had the opportunity to work on a coffee farm.
Trying to harvest and then sort coffee cherries is definitely not an easy job.
